The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey – Trailer #1
Following the long-awaited trailer for The Dark Knight Rises, another eagerly anticipated trailer has surfaced.
The Hobbit is a prequel of sorts to the highly successful Lord of the Rings trilogy, and will see many familiar faces return, including Cate Blanchett and Ian McKellen as Galadriel and Gandalf respectively.
Peter Jackson returns as director of the film, so the same attention to detail and expert direction seen in the original trilogy can be expected here.
The footage shown looks incredible, and shows that this could be a film worthy of standing next to the original trilogy. Everything from the cinematography to the sombre yet chilling music shows the huge amount of potential the Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has.
It’s going to be a long wait until the Dark Knight Rises and the Hobbit release, but I for one am so incredibly excited for what these two films have in store for us. Here’s to hoping the wait won’t be too long.
